Free Transcript Request Guidelines
Please note the following regarding free transcript requests through the Albion Center for Professional Development:

The forms below are valid only for professional development courses completed through Idaho State University's Albion Center on or after January 1, 2018.

Transcripts will not include undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking coursework.

For requests opting for mail delivery, processing and mailing will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Effective 12/11/2025: Transcripts will no longer list the semester of registration. We are working to add course completion dates to transcripts. In the meantime, your registration receipt may be used as proof of your start date, and a completion date letter is available upon request. Please email albion@isu.edu to request a completion letter.
