START at Idaho State University provides social and academic support to College of Technology students as they manage barriers while pursuing sustainable career and life goals.

Who can START?

Must have a high school diploma or GED by semester start date.

Anyone needing to refresh their skills.

Must successfully complete the application process and meet all requirements.

Should have a desire to further your education.

Must have enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Must be willing to work for a better life.
